INTERVIEW KICKSTART : JUNIOR PROGRAM ADVISOR – FRESHERS
- Qualification : Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 2021/2022/2023 batches can apply.
- Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present the best solutions.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Answer customer queries and send additional product information as needed.
- Keep the CRM up to date with the status of current and potential customers.
- Build rapport and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Salary: ₹6L per annum
- Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
- Shift: US (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
